Refund policy

At Lucyhaven, we want every customer to enjoy a worry-free shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help with eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Include all original tags attached.
  • Be free from makeup, perfume, stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Shapewear
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear

Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support Team before sending any merchandise back.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After approval, we'll send you detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.


Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item shipped by Lucyhaven
  • A manufacturing defect
  • Damage that occurred during shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking information.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

After review, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or alternative solution.


Refund Processing

Once your returned package is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirming the outcome of your return request.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Important Information

Please note:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order fulfillment begins.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

The address displayed on our website is our business office only and is not our return warehouse.
