Tracking Information

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.


Delivery Restrictions

To help avoid delivery issues, please note:

  • We do not deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Orders cannot be modified after they have entered processing.
  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
  • Lucyhaven is not responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the item(s) (if damaged)
  • Photos of the shipping carton and shipping label

We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
